Ian
Phillips the Director of I & J
Management Services, is an experienced consultant with specialist skills in
program evaluation and organisational review, performance measurement,
statistical analysis and management reporting. Ian possesses an outstanding
blend of consulting, technical, project management and communication skills.
Ian is a statistician by training and is familiar with a wide
range of survey design and analytical techniques that can be used to gather,
interpret and present information for different audiences – CEOs, senior
managers, industry organisations, technical and operational staff, consumers
and community leaders.
Ian has excellent written and verbal communication skills. He
has authored several well-regarded evaluation reports and presented to
Ministers, senior corporate executives, program staff and community groups.
Ian is experienced in interviewing stakeholders and facilitation of small
and large group discussions.
Ian is a proven project manager committed to working
co-operatively with clients to efficiently deliver the desired outcome on
time on budget.

Carol Oxley is an experienced social policy
analyst and researcher who has worked in commonwealth and state government,
the community sector and academia. She has specialist skills in evaluation,
applied research and knowledge management.
Carol has a demonstrated track record in the design and
delivery of projects that meet client’s needs in a creative and cost
effective manner. Carol has strong technical skills covering program
evaluation and specification of key performance indicators, research
methods, organisational analysis, and community consultation.
As former head of
Information Management in the Department of Human Services, Carol set the
strategic direction for information management policy and activities
throughout the organisation ensuring close alignment with business goals and
IT plans.
Carol is a confident and
effective communicator who enjoys working with diverse groups to produce
practical outcomes. She has led consultation processes with participants
ranging from CEOs and senior executives to grass roots community volunteers.
She has a proven capacity
to develop and manage complex work programs and has established executive
sponsorship, steering committees and processes for project monitoring and
communication.

Jacqui Phillips has a background in teaching and research
activities and has worked on a range of projects involving collection
and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information for clients
including Telstra, the State Library of Victoria, the Australian
National Training Authority, and the National Occupational Health and
Safety Commission.
Jacqui has worked with community representatives in Shepparton to assist
them with the analysis and presentation of a community survey on skills
and mentoring opportunities and trained students in Broadmeadows in
surveying and data analysis techniques. |
