Carol Oxley  is an experienced social policy analyst and researcher who has worked in commonwealth and state government, the community sector and academia. She has specialist skills in evaluation, applied research and knowledge management. 

Carol has a demonstrated track record in the design and delivery of projects that meet client’s needs in a creative and cost effective manner. Carol has strong technical skills covering program evaluation and specification of key performance indicators, research methods, organisational analysis, and community consultation.

As former head of Information Management in the Department of Human Services, Carol set the strategic direction for information management policy and activities throughout the organisation ensuring close alignment with business goals and IT plans.

Carol is a confident and effective communicator who enjoys working with diverse groups to produce practical outcomes. She has led consultation processes with participants ranging from CEOs and senior executives to grass roots community volunteers.

She has a proven capacity to develop and manage complex work programs and has established executive sponsorship, steering committees and processes for project monitoring and communication.
 

Jacqui Phillips has a background in teaching and research activities and has worked on a range of projects involving collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information for clients including Telstra, the State Library of Victoria, the Australian National Training Authority, and the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission.
